“Our in home mold inspection and assessment was very informative. Greg did a thorough job of checking all over for any signs of mold, beyond our initial area of concern due to a water heater leak. Greg took his time to test areas with a moisture meter as well as an infrared scope and showed me the readings he was getting. I really appreciate Greg answering all my questions and educating me in the process. I would definitely reach out to Greg and Pure Maintenance again.”

“Greg was FANTASTIC! My family and I are in the process of buying a new home and mold was suspected on our general inspection. Greg got us in last minute as we had a short remedy period and he was able to come and test the home out for us. He made my family feel SEEN and truly cared for as he didn't just inspect the home just to quickly get his job done but he inspected as if his own family was living in the home which made us feel safe. He constantly asked questions as to which room my new born twins would be sleeping in so that he could pay extra attention to that area to ensure it would be SAFE for them. Even down to him not only visually inspecting for mold but also doing the air testing to see if there are invisible mold spores floating around the home. I’ve never met an inspector that was as thorough and warm hearted as Greg. As a first time home buyer, he has made this portion of the experience peaceful! Thank you Greg!”

“I called Greg to talk through mold testing options and his company’s remediation approaches and he spent a lot of time answering so many questions of mine. We scheduled an inspection and he came out and completed a visual inspection and took 3 air samples for us. After the results were received, he spent another 30 minutes discussing them with us and answering even more questions!
